Position Overview:

This position will responsible to manage all sales activities of our International Trade within the ports in the country of responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Target Lifting, Target Revenue and all kind of Targets assigned by management
  • Doing Sales Call Plan & Sales Call Reporting for any issues to be discussed by reporting manager
  • Handling complaint from customers and issue resolution
  • Monitoring of daily bookings to ensure agents/offices achieving the weekly space allocation set by Line Management
  • To develop customer profile with all locations in the country assignes with diversifired cargoes profile to achieve the target set for market share / revenue / wekly lifting
  • To compile market info from each branch in the country and reporting of market competitors activities in new services, pricing strategies, service loading factor & any other business cooperation ideas
  • To maintain good relationship with our top clients
  • Developing productive business relationship with our overseas clients, review sales process, update policy and procedure, also lead and develop capability all international sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales International
  • Posses solid experience in the container shipping company (especially for Sales/Commercial field)
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
