Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communication & Branding
- Develop and lead integrated communication strategies across all platforms.
- Act as a key advisor to top executives on public messaging and reputation management.
- Build and maintain strong media relations and act as company spokesperson when needed.
2. Sustainability Communication
- Craft and communicate ESG and CSR initiatives in line with Meratus long-term sustainability goals.
- Ensure transparency and credibility in communicating Meratus environmental and social commitments.
3. Crisis Communication & Risk Management
- Lead proactive and reactive communication during crises to protect brand reputation.
- Develop response protocols, dashboards, and communication workflows.
4. Team Leadership & Process Optimization
- Mentor and coach a growing team of communicators.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows (P3W framework).
- Drive automation and digitalization of communication tools and platforms.
5. Culture & Values Champion
- Embed and promote Meratus corporate values within communication strategies and internal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years experience in corporate communication or sustainability roles.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact communication initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong in branding, media handling, sustainability messaging, and digital content strategy.
- Excellent in stakeholder influence, public speaking, and executive communication.
