Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication & Branding

  • Develop and lead integrated communication strategies across all platforms.
  • Act as a key advisor to top executives on public messaging and reputation management.
  • Build and maintain strong media relations and act as company spokesperson when needed.

2. Sustainability Communication

  • Craft and communicate ESG and CSR initiatives in line with Meratus long-term sustainability goals.
  • Ensure transparency and credibility in communicating Meratus environmental and social commitments.

3. Crisis Communication & Risk Management

  • Lead proactive and reactive communication during crises to protect brand reputation.
  • Develop response protocols, dashboards, and communication workflows.

4. Team Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Mentor and coach a growing team of communicators.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows (P3W framework).
  • Drive automation and digitalization of communication tools and platforms.

5. Culture & Values Champion

  • Embed and promote Meratus corporate values within communication strategies and internal campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years experience in corporate communication or sustainability roles.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact communication initiatives and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong in branding, media handling, sustainability messaging, and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent in stakeholder influence, public speaking, and executive communication.
