Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Project Management Officer (PMO) - Logistics to oversee and ensure the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives within our logistics business unit. This role involves project leadership, market research, cross-departmental coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics processes and IT systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and able to translate insights into impactful strategies to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

- Attend and actively participate in Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) agenda meetings; prepare meeting minutes, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed action plans.
- Initiate and lead various projects or business development initiatives related to logistics (e.g., new services/products, strategic partnerships, market expansion, systems/applications).
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on market trends, commodities, sectors, and customer segments with potential for growth.
- Organize and execute events, seminars, or workshops in collaboration with potential clients or relevant organizations.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and approaches for engaging with strategic customers.
- Lead IT-related projects to support operational improvement and business transformation goals.
- Review and analyze profit and loss (P&L) performance to identify opportunities for increased revenue and prevent financial leakage.
- Monitor logistics processes and initiate improvements aimed at cost reduction, efficiency, and enhanced service quality.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, project management, or a similar strategic role.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Experience with IT project implementation or digital transformation within a logistics or supply chain context is an advantage.
- Familiarity with profit & loss analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and relevant data analysis software.
