Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Operation Trucking Supervisor to oversee and manage daily trucking operations in Palu. This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of operations including safety, routing, driver scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and cost control to ensure all customer orders are executed efficiently and daily targets are achieved. The role also includes team performance management, integrity enforcement, and team development.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day trucking operations (haulage/door service) to ensure timely delivery and target fulfillment.

Oversee and participate in the recruitment and training of drivers and operational staff.

Verify and guide staff in preparing, analyzing, and reporting operational data.

Conduct performance evaluations for drivers and team members (KPI and Performance Appraisal).

Evaluate daily orders, vehicle conditions, and driver performance.

Submit comprehensive reports to the management, covering operations performance, trip metrics, service delivery, legal compliance, revenue, reimbursements, and billing.

Ensure all activities comply with company values and operational standards (I-STEP principles).
Requirements

Bachelors Degree (S1) from any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in trucking or transportation operations.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willing to be based in Palu and work under dynamic operational schedules.
