Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters involving the company.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, settlement agreements, and powers of attorney related to disputes.
- Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, risk assessments, and recommendations on litigation and dispute-related matters.
- Support the development and execution of dispute resolution, settlement, and litigation strategies.
- Monitor case progress, maintain litigation records, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal requirements.
- Prepare reports, case updates, and summaries for management review.
Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standard
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); sworn advocate license is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Corporate Legal, or related legal functions.
- Experience handling litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution matters.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian civil, commercial, corporate, and procedural laws.
- Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal opinions, legal correspondence, and litigation-related documents.
- Experience coordinating with external counsel, government authorities, and regulators.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
