JOB PURPOSE

The HCGA Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Capital and General Affairs activities for a hauling company operating as a vendor for the coal mining industry. The role covers recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and general affairs, ensuring that workforce administration and site support activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and required employment documentation.
  3. Maintain employee master data, personnel files, employment contracts, leave, attendance, and employee movements.
  4. Handle employee inquiries related to HR administration and company policies.
  5. Support employee relations and disciplinary administration when required.
  6. Collect and validate attendance, overtime, allowance, deduction, and other payroll inputs.
  7. Process salary, BPJS, PPh 21, and other payroll-related components.
  8. Provide HR and administrative support to operational and General Affair teams.
  9. Perform other HR and operational support activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  1.  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HCGA, HR Operations, or similar roles.
  3. Mandatory experience in managing end-to-end payroll.
  4. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage confidential employee information.
  6. Good communication and coordination skills.
  7. Willing to support operational requirements in a fast-paced working environment.
