Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to connect business needs with IT solutions. You will analyze requirements, design improvements, support testing, and train users to ensure effective and efficient systems.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for IT development projects.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Team to ensure alignment of processes with system enhancements or changes.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and system improvements.
- Create and execute test cases for new applications and system enhancements.
- Design and recommend solutions that improve application efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions to support user adoption of new features and processes.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or business process improvement.
- Extensive understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive FSDs, test cases, and training documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
