Position Overview : 
The Change Management will lead and execute change strategies to support the successful transformation of systems and processes within Meratus Groups Liner and Logistics business units. This role ensures that people, processes, and technologies align to deliver sustainable change and business value.

Responsibilities : 

1. Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement change management frameworks tailored to system transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations across affected departments.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify key stakeholders and build strong relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and operational units.

3. Communication & Training

  • Design and deliver communication plans to inform and engage employees.
  • Coordinate training programs to support new systems, processes, and behaviors.

4. Change Execution

  • Monitor adoption rates and resistance levels; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.

5. Measurement & Reporting

  • Define KPIs to measure change effectiveness and adoption.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in logistics, shipping, or maritime industries.
  • Familiarity with system transformation, ERP implementation, or digitalization projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
