Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of existing customers in Semarang. This role is central to building long-term partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities within established accounts, and ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our commitment to excellence.
As part of our commercial team, you will act as a strategic advisor to clientsunderstanding their business needs, providing tailored logistics and forwarding solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your success will directly contribute to client retention and long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing B2B customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify opportunities to expand business through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Understand each clients business model and operational needs to offer customized logistics solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Vendor Management and Operations, to ensure feasibility and service excellence.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

Conduct regular business reviews, client meetings, and proactive follow-ups to maintain strong engagement.

Serve as the voice of the customerensuring client feedback is communicated internally and acted upon effectively.

Analyze client performance data and trends to inform retention and development strategies.

Maintain accurate customer information, pricing agreements, and activity logs in the CRM system.

Share market insights and competitor intelligence to support ongoing product and sales strategy improvements.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Proven ability to manage recurring service-based B2B accounts.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating complex client needs.

Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
