Key Responsibilties
- Manage communication and collaboration with stakeholders to identify employee development needs.
- Ensure learning programs are planned and executed in alignment with business needs, timelines, and defined targets.
- Optimize the use of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, participation monitoring, and learning reporting.
- Manage Learning & Development operations, including training calendars, training administration, vendors, budgets, documentation, and program evaluations.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors, and relevant functions to deliver employee development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min 7 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across various organizational levels.
- Proven experience managing learning programs end-to-end, from planning and implementation to evaluation.
- Good understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) management and optimization.
- Strong communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and insights related to learning effectiveness.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
