Position Overview
The HRIS Specialist at Meratus Group plays a critical role in the maintenance, optimization, and support of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) that manage data for our diverse and growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee master data and organizational structure in HRIS.
- Monitor HR workflows to ensure smooth and timely data processing across modules.
- Coordinate with HRBP, HR COEs, and HR Services to review, improve, and digitalize HR processes.
- Collaborate with IT and system vendors to manage system configuration, enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular system audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop HR dashboards/reports for management decision-making (e.g., workforce, movement, talent, performance).
- Train HR users and employees on system functionalities, updates, and process changes.
- Support HR transformation projects and system migration/upgrade initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize HR processes and user experience through automation.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Technology implementation.
- Experience with HR systems (Peoplestrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, Sunfish, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and system integration concepts (API, data mapping).
