Position Overview : To lead and support the continuous improvement of business processes across strategic support functions (HR, Finance, GA, Purchasing, IT, Legal) to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and service quality. The BPM Specialist will analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes, ensuring core alignment of organizational model and company policy and procedure.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Design and document standardized processes (policies, workflows, RACI) aligned with company needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to implement and validate process changes.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Process, Management/Improvement Process, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
  • Strong background in Finance will be highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of flowchart tools (Figma) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) and digital transformation initiatives.
