Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative and personal support to top management, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, logistics, documentation, and confidential tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting leadership productivity with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize calendars, meetings, and business travel for top management
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle sensitive documents and approvals (TR/ER) with confidentiality
  • Assist in both business and selected personal affairs of top management

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management / Communication

  • Min. 3 years experience as Executive Assistant / PA supporting C-level

  • Excellent command of English (active & passive), proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advant

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendar tools (Outlook/Google), and task tracking tools (Asana/Trello)
