We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive Manager to lead our client's recruitment team, drive innovative hiring strategies, and foster strong customer relationships to meet revenue and operational targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Recruitment and Placement strategy to ensure the company meets its talent acquisition goals.
  • Lead Business Development and Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Design and maintain recruitment processes, including performance measurement and reporting.
  • Identify and implement best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Optimize recruitment costs and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
  • Oversee and enhance the social media recruitment strategy.
  • Conduct interviews for key managerial positions and act as a point of contact for clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the Recruitment Consultants to achieve business targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong Customer Relationships through regular engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful implementation of Recruitment and Placement strategy.
  • Innovative and updated social media recruitment strategy.
  • Execution of Business Development and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Alignment with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Achievement of agreed revenue targets and securing repeat business.
  • Regular client and stakeholder meetings to foster relationships.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media recruitment strategies.
  • Proven experience in Agency Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of Labour Relations Act and recruitment regulations.
  • Ability to work independently while taking ownership and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in a senior management role within the Recruitment industry.
  • Degree or BTech in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Additional qualification in Sales/Marketing is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in external recruitment,business development, sales, and social media marketing.
