As part of the Consulting team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring delivery on the promise to clients to source, curate and deliver excellent talent options for key contract roles.
Responsibilities
Use various portals and platforms, both internal and external, to attract relevant talent to
opportunities
Manage communication with both clients and talent
Ensure commitments in terms of quality and timing are adhered to
Help in attracting talent to the platform, and assist in building relevant talent pools
As part of the global team contribute by:
o Giving feedback on improvements that can be made to the service and
technology
o Developing and implementing improved work processes
o Ensuring best practice is continually shared and updated
What we are looking for
6 to 18 months recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Full 360 recruitment experience
A bachelors degree or higher
Hands-on experience using career portals
Recruitment experience within financial services or technology would be advantageous
An ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders (clients and consultants)
Energy, an enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, a can-do attitude and great
communication
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A willingness to work from home and office (hybrid system)
