Shift Differentials: $5.50/Nights & $2.00/Weekends

Position SummaryAre you a recent nursing graduate looking to kickstart your career? Join our RN Graduate Nurse Residency Program in beautiful Denver, Colorado, and embark on an exciting journey in the healthcare field. Here's what you can expect:
- Meaningful Learning: You'll enjoy significant learning opportunities and network with your peers in a cohort setting.
- Comprehensive Orientation: You will complete new employee orientation and unit orientation (10-12 weeks).
- Diverse Training: You'll undergo 5-6 weeks of didactic training, including clinical orientation, relevant certification courses, high-fidelity simulation, Meditech EMR training, and various e-learning modules. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week during this period.
- Clinical Training: Next, you'll engage in 5-6 weeks of clinical training on the unit with a dedicated preceptor. Your schedule will be 32 hours per week, working on your preceptors schedule.

QualificationsTo be considered for this program, you need to meet the following requirements:
- You must hold a current nursing degree (associates or bachelor's) by the start date.
- You must have your passing NCLEX results by the start date.
- You must not have any current or prior experience working as an acute care hospital Registered Nurse.
- You must be flexible to work either day or night shifts, as unit-specific needs vary.
- You must be willing to commit to a full-time Registered Nurse position with a hospital for a two-year commitment period.
