Job Description:

As a Full Cycle Recruiter with Mercury Group Staffing and Placement Services, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. This commission-based role offers a generous 20% commission on placements, with the freedom to work remotely. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and placing top-tier candidates in roles such as New Graduate RNs, experienced RNs, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, Nurse Managers, Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, and various technician positions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong candidate relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide top talent solutions.
  • Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Placement: Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Metrics: Maintain accurate records and track progress to meet and exceed placement targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Recruiting Experience: Previous healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Recruiting Know-How: Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
