Legal Operation Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operation Officer to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations and be able to handle a variety of legal tasks related to our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all legal operations for the company
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to company operations
• Conduct legal research and provide advice to management on legal issues
• Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Monitor and track legal expenses and provide cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of the business
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 1 - 3 years of experience with a law firm and/or in-house counsel
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with internship experience in a law firm is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to mining operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
