Overview :

Lead the Finance and Accounting function by ensuring robust financial governance, accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting and capital planning, transparent shareholder fee administration, sound treasury management, and full compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate governance requirements to support company operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and CAPEX management for TSF (Tailing storage facility) operations and closure activities.
  • Develop and maintain transparent, auditable shareholder fee allocation and billing methodologies for HPAL companies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, taxation, transfer pricing regulations, and related-party transaction requirements.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, treasury activities, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, shareholder fee reports, budget performance, operating costs, and CAPEX updates to the Board and Shareholder Representatives.
  • Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team, ensuring effective financial operations, internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and governance practices.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operations, shareholder transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in mining, mineral processing, TSF operations, or multi-shareholder joint ventures is highly preferred.
  • Experience in related-party fee structuring and transfer pricing.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, PSAK, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, internal controls, audit, and risk management.
  • Proficient in ERP systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
