About the job Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and manage company investments.
- Oversee the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and tax payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
