Title: HR Manager

Position Overview: 
HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across multiple construction/project sites. This role ensures HR strategies align with business objectives while integrating strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices into people management.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across multiple construction/project sites.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, workforce deployment, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industrial relations practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and conflict resolution.
  • Integrate and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles into HR policies and daily operations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while fostering a collaborative, fair, and safety-driven work culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in mining or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits).
  • Good understanding of HSE principles in project-based or site operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in multi-site operations and willing to be assigned across project locations.
