HPAL Supply Chain Management Manager

Position Overview:

The HPAL Supply Chain Management Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, inventory, and logistics) to ensure the optimal, efficient, and timely availability of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production activities
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the petrochemical, chemical, or cement manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management principles
• Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
