About the job HRIS Analyst
Job Overview:
Processing and validating employee data updates, organizational changes, and daily personnel movements within the HRIS to ensure accurate and clean databases across multiple entities. This role supports monthly payroll and attendance cycles, provides first-level user support for system issues and inquiries, prepares HRIS reports and workforce analytics for management, and assists in system testing and updates. The position also coordinates with IT for user access and data verification while maintaining high data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in a fast-paced multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate daily personnel movements, organizational structure updates, and employee data changes in the HRIS platform to ensure absolute database hygiene.
- Review and audit daily data updates submitted by HO and Site HR teams to minimize errors before major processing cycles.
- Provide active operational support and assistance during critical monthly schedules for attendance & payroll.
- Act as the first point of contact for daily first-level support, troubleshooting login issues, system errors, and general inquiries for HO employees and Site HR.
- Extract, compile, and prepare routine HRIS reports, analytics, and employee metrics as requested by management or other departments.
- Assist in testing system updates, new features, or modifications in the HRIS platform alongside the technical team.
- Coordinate with the IT department for basic data verification and user access provisioning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience handling HRIS operations, data administration, or HR generalist functions utilizing automated systems.
- Proven experience managing large employee databases, preferably in a multi-entity, corporate, or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with standard HRIS modules, particularly Core HR, Time Attendance, and Payroll. Experience using RanHR is an advantage.
- High proficiency in data manipulation and management using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, index-match, pivot tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong data discipline, and ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle daily inquiries and support requests from diverse users at HO and operational Sites.
