We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel/Google Sheets and Canva skills to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description.

• Assist in processing business trip reimbursements for the Asset Protection Team.
• Handle taxi requests or team members.
• Support monthly vendor invoicing processes.
• Set up Zoom meeting links for Asset Protection activities.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for Asset Protection Weekly Meetings and Vendor Meetings.
• Assist in compiling and managing data using Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
• Design and develop Security Awareness posters for monthly broadcasts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva for designing posters.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Spreadsheet.
• Attention to detail & accuracy in administrative tasks and have Organizational Skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to Work in a Team.
• Strong work ethic Responsible, disciplined, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
• Fresh Graduate or Mid to Final semester University Student.
