Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Officer (Contractual Based) to support our recruitment activities, particularly in sourcing and hiring talent for operational and site-based roles across multiple regions. This role will work closely with hiring managers and project teams to ensure timely and effective recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and recruitment vendors
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for technical and site-based positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and industry standards
- Stay updated on hiring trends, particularly in mining and heavy industry sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Experience handling mass hiring or technical roles (engineering, site-based roles) is highly preferred
- Familiar with recruitment tools (job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring demand
- Able to work immediately with WFO arrangement
