Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly capable HPAL Translator to the General Manager to provide professional translation, interpretation, and administrative support in a complex, multicultural mining and metallurgy environment. This role is critical in supporting effective communication between the General Manager, internal teams, headquarters, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
  • Provide daily written and verbal translation/interpretation support to the General Manager (English–Mandarin–Indonesian).
  • Organize and prepare daily meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, interpretation, and translation.
  • Translate and update weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Support the General Manager in coordinating cross-departmental activities and monitoring key company initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support, including documentation, forms, signatures, and visitor coordination.
  • Assist in setting up and managing video conferences with Head Office, including related systems and applications.
  • Assist in completing summarize reports related preparation of operational, safety, and environmental reports as required by headquarters.
  • Assist in organizing shareholder meetings, including resolutions, minutes, and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a translator/interpreter, preferably in mineral processing, metallurgy, or mining industries.
  • Understanding of mining and processing operations is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong report writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
