HR Support Intern

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and Performing HR operational (administration process).
  • Assisting with new hire orientation and exit processes (especially site
    personnel).
  • HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Assisting in MPP and Budgeting Process.
  • Maintaining accurate HR files, contracts, and documentation

Qualifications

  •  Familiarity in HRIS Systems, Microsoft office programs, (minimum: Outlook, Word, Excel), basic
    understanding of payroll system and benefit administration
  • Good communication skill - handling employee inquires, explaining HR policies.
  • Experience in Industrial Relations is preferred.
  • Previous internship experience in regards to company policy and HR Compliance is a plus.
