HR Support Intern
Responsibilities
- Oversee and Performing HR operational (administration process).
- Assisting with new hire orientation and exit processes (especially site
personnel). - HR Policies & Procedures.
- Assisting in MPP and Budgeting Process.
- Maintaining accurate HR files, contracts, and documentation
Qualifications
- Familiarity in HRIS Systems, Microsoft office programs, (minimum: Outlook, Word, Excel), basic
understanding of payroll system and benefit administration - Good communication skill - handling employee inquires, explaining HR policies.
- Experience in Industrial Relations is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in regards to company policy and HR Compliance is a plus.
