Business Improvement Supervisor

We are committed to sustainable mining practices and strive to create value for our stakeholders through responsible operations.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Improvement Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Improvement Supervisor will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve the company's overall performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform as Project Management team for sites and new entity development
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives and report results to management
• Identify and address any issues or roadblocks to successful implementation of improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for improvement efforts
• Prepare and present reports on business performance and improvement initiatives to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve business processes and operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, or any related field
• Min. of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, preferably in mining sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in change management and driving organizational change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mining industry operations and processes is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
