Asset Protection Manager

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for managing and ensuring that all company assets are protected from risks of loss, misuse, and security threats through effective and integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement asset protection and security management strategies
• Conduct risk assessments on company assets (physical and operational)
• Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, patrols, etc.)
• Manage investigations related to loss, fraud, and violations
• Lead the security team and ensure operational readiness
• Coordinate with external parties (law enforcement, security vendors)
• Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Develop continuous improvement programs for asset protection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Management, Law, Engineering, or related field)
• 5–10 years of experience in security / asset protection
• Proven experience in investigation and fraud prevention
• Strong leadership skills
