Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HRIS systems, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data and payroll
  • Manage and maintain employee data in the HRIS system, including new hires, terminations, changes in employee status, and other data updates
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and employee data management
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related payments
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to payroll and HRIS systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payroll processing or HRIS system functionality
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and HRIS systems to continually improve processes and systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive payroll information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS systems management
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with experience in implementing and managing a new system
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
