About the job Payroll Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Help prepare payroll documentation and maintain accurate payroll records in the payroll system or HRIS.
- Assist in supporting administrative tasks related to payroll processing.
- Support the payroll team in preparing payroll-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support in responding to employee inquiries related to employees benefits.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, Data, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, taxation, or compensation administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data processing.
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn payroll systems or HRIS software.
- Able to commit to an internship period of 3–6 months.
