**Job Summary:**

As a Treasury Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial assets and liabilities, ensuring the company's cash flow is optimized, and maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Your main duties will include overseeing the company's cash management, managing debt and equity financing, and monitoring and reporting on financial risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's cash flow by forecasting and monitoring cash requirements and ensuring sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure the company has access to the best financing options.
  • Monitor and report on financial risks, such as interest rate fluctuations and currency exchange rates, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Oversee debt and equity financing, including negotiating loan terms and managing repayments.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and procurement, to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact the company's treasury operations.
  • Manage the company's investment portfolio and make recommendations for investment opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize the company's cash flow and reduce financial costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in treasury or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and risk management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with treasury software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
