Job Summary
- Responsible for the end-to-end contract management process, from tender preparation and vendor sourcing to contract finalization and ongoing administration. This role involves ensuring compliance, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, while also collaborating with internal teams to safeguard company interests. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage contracts effectively in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Job Description
- Preparing tenders, sourcing contractors, conducting commercial evaluations, and issuing award or regret letters.
- Ensuring that all contracted vendors comply with the required permits and legal documentation.
- Negotiating with vendors on pricing, commercial, legal, technical, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), sustainability, and contractor management system aspects.
- Preparing draft contracts, reviewing contracts, and finalizing contract agreements.
- Liaising with the legal, user, finance, and tax teams for contract review and ensuring contract quality meets company standards.
- Conducting vendor evaluations.
- Following up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with users for non-performing vendors and preparing Warning Letter.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for contract and tender management.
- Maintaining fully signed contracts and monitoring contracts nearing expiration.
- Ensuring that all processes comply with the Contract Management SOP.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or Supply Chain.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Contract Management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
