Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruitment process for outsourced positions
- Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the company
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 months of internship experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Knowledge of the mining industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
