Internal Communications Intern is responsible for creating compelling content, enhancing employee engagement, facilitating information flow, and assisting with events and stakeholder relations.

Job Description:

  • Create engaging and informative content for internal
    communication channels, including articles, event coverage and
    updates.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support content
    development.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of internal
    communication materials.
  • Help maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely
    distribution of internal.
  • Support the planning and create ideas/concept of corporate
    events, activation program and employee engagement
    activities.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue arrangements
    and materials preparation.
  • Help create event communications, including invitations,
    agendas, and follow-up messages.
  • Implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective
    dissemination of information within the organization.
  • Collaborate with different departments and teams to gather
    relevant information and updates for internal communication
    purposes.
  • Coordinate and organize internal events and meetings to foster
    engagement and encourage open communication within the
    organization.
  • Assist to maintain and manage internal communication
    channels such as intranet platform, ensuring that it remains a
    valuable source of information for employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, journalism, or
    a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa
    Indonesia and English.
  • Basic knowledge of internal communication principles and
    strategies.
  • Strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and
    results-oriented approach.
