Job Summary:
As an admin treasury, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the treasury team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring all documentation is properly filed and stored.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Liaising with various internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and provide necessary financial information.
- Assisting in the management of cash flow and forecasting.
- Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
- Providing general administrative support to the Treasury team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
