Job Summary:

As an admin treasury, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the treasury team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, such as payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring all documentation is properly filed and stored.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Liaising with various internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and provide necessary financial information.
  • Assisting in the management of cash flow and forecasting.
  • Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Treasury team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
