About the job Asset Protection Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate site security requirements, and translate them into clear scopes of work for external vendors.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the vendor selection process and contract management.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed standards.
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, and coordinate distribution to related site teams.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders in managing agreements, including MOU review and related administrative processes.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including preparing weekly and monthly reports related to asset protection and security operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, reports, and operational activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
- Familiar with administrative processes, reporting, and documentation management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
