Job Overview

The Organization Strategic Development Intern supports the Assistant Manager in strengthening organizational effectiveness by developing clear and structured Job Descriptions (JDs), Job Evaluations, and mapping relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role ensures that all documentation aligns with current business processes, organizational structures, and management cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining Job Descriptions (JDs) and Job Evaluations for Head Office employees, in collaboration with Heads of Department (HoDs), ensuring alignment with organizational structure and company standards for approval.
  • Analyze existing business processes and management cycles to identify and map required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with each role.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress updates to the Assistant Manager, including the status of JD and Job Evaluation development, HoD feedback, and SOP mapping progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in Organizational Development (OD) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and organizational workflows.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and organizational analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to commit 6 months period of internship.
