Job Overview
Work closely with the President Director in driving the execution of the Company's strategic priorities and business objectives. Coordinate and monitor company strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate goals and successful execution. Collaborate with C-Level executives and business leaders to facilitate cross-functional initiatives, strengthen governance, and support organizational decision-making. Drive business process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance. Act as the central coordination office for strategic initiatives, providing executive-level reporting, performance monitoring, and implementation oversight across the Group.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the President Director to drive the execution of the Company's strategic objectives and corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across business units and corporate functions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor the progress of strategic programs, identify risks or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with C-Level executives and business leaders to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and resolve execution challenges.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, business reviews, and presentation materials for the President Director and Board of Directors.
- Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Establish governance, tracking mechanisms, and performance metrics for enterprise strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate executive meetings, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions while following up on agreed action plans.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and business opportunities to support corporate strategy.
- Foster collaboration across the Group to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable business value.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Improvement, PMO, Management Consulting, and Corporate Planning.
- Experience within the mining, natural resources, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with senior executives or C-Level management on strategic business initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project, business process improvement, and corporate performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), experience with Power BI, project management tools, or business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
