Compliance Superintendent
About the job Compliance Superintendent
This position is generally responsible for supporting the Government Affairs Manager in coordinating with management regarding licensing documents/applications, managing existing permits and licenses, handling reporting activities, as well as controlling documents and monitoring the company's compliance with applicable government regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or other related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in licensing and reporting within the mining industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to mining operations
- In-depth knowledge of licensing processes and procedures
- Experienced in preparing mandatory reports such as AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and reports related to GANIS (ITSP, SIPPUH, SIPNB, LHP)
- Experience in preparing AMDAL Feasibility Studies (FS AMDAL), PPKH permits, and similar documentation will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- POP/POM certification will be an advantage
- Experienced in managing, leading, and developing teams
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively
- Understanding of occupational health and safety (K3) principles and ability to apply them in daily work activities
- Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi
