Job Description

  • Provide daily support to users regarding the use of the ERP system.
  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis of system issues (transaction errors, unsynchronized data, etc.).
  • Provide daily support to users regarding the use of the ERP system.
  • Assist in setting up master data (Customer, Supplier, Item, Chart of Accounts).
  • Monitor transaction processes in ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales).
  • Coordinate with the IT team or ERP vendor if there are advanced technical issues.
  • Provide training to new users on how to use the ERP system.
  • Create SOP documentation and system user guides.

Job Requirments

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an ERP Support, IT Support, or Functional Consultant.
  • Understand basic accounting concepts.
  • Understand basic business processes, including: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Inventory Management.
  • Experience using one of the following ERP systems: ERP Pronto, SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Odoo.
  • Understand basic database concepts and able to perform simple queries (basic SQL is a plus).
  • Able to analyze problems and provide systematic solutions.
  • Have good communication skills and be responsive to user needs.
