Position: Recruitment Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment onboarding readiness through coordination of system access, equipment, documentation, and other administrative requirements.
  • Manage recruitment-related documentation, records, trackers, and databases.
  • Coordinate administrative processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support hiring activities and pre-employment requirements.
  • Process invoices, payment requests, reimbursement claims, and other recruitment-related administrative transactions.
  • Organize and maintain candidate and recruitment documentation to ensure proper record management and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suits.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
