About the job Sales Marketing Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative and operational activities in Sales and Trading, especially for export-import transactions of mineral products.

  • Handle Sales Invoices, Shipping Documents, and ensure all export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.) are properly prepared and submitted.

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery, payment, and document completion.

  • Manage customer and supplier databases, including price lists, sales contracts, and shipment schedules.

  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment reconciliation, and report accuracy.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries for management.

  • Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) essential for communication with overseas customers and suppliers.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Trading, or Export-Import Administration (experience in Mining or Mineral Industry preferred).

  • Strong understanding of export-import processes, including documentation, logistics, and customs requirements.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
