By participating in Messold Technologies’ referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any referrals.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Who Can Refer?
- Current full-time and part-time employees of Messold Technologies.
- Contractors, consultants, or external partners working with Messold Technologies.
1.2 Who Can Be Referred?
- External candidates who are not currently employed by Messold Technologies.
- Candidates who have not applied or interviewed for a position at Messold Technologies within the past [X months].
- Candidates must be eligible to work in remote positions as required by Messold Technologies.
1.3 Ineligible Referrals
- Self-referrals, referrals of current employees, or candidates already in the recruitment process.
2. Referral Process
2.1 Submission
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or by email to [insert contact email].
- You must provide the candidate’s name, contact information, and a copy of their resume/CV.
- The referred candidate must indicate in their application that they were referred by you.
2.2 Candidate Consent
- The referrer must obtain the referred candidate’s consent to share their details with Messold Technologies.
3. Referral Bonus
3.1 Bonus Conditions
- A referral bonus is paid only if the referred candidate is hired for a full-time position and successfully completes the probation period.
- The referrer must be actively employed or engaged with Messold Technologies at the time of the bonus payout.
3.2 Bonus Payment
- The bonus will be paid in [currency/benefits] through the regular payroll cycle after the referred candidate completes their probation period.
3.3 Exclusions
- No referral bonuses will be paid for internships, temporary, or part-time positions.
4. Other Terms
4.1 Non-Monetary Rewards
- Messold Technologies may offer non-monetary rewards instead of or in addition to a monetary bonus.
4.2 Changes to the Program
- Messold Technologies reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
4.3 Dispute Resolution
- In the event of any disputes regarding the referral bonus, the decision of Messold Technologies’ HR team will be final.
