We are hiring a Sales Production Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance client with growing life insurance production goals. This role is perfect for someone with strong phone presence, disciplined follow-through, and experience in outbound calling or SDR work.

You will work warm inbound leads and sourced lists, qualify prospects using proven scripts, and set high-quality appointments for licensed producers. This is a performance-driven role with clear metrics, strong support, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Qualification & Outreach 

  • Work daily calling blocks using provided lead lists and CRM queues

  • Qualify prospects using approved scripts, objection handling, and structured discovery

  • Identify client needs and determine life insurance suitability

  • Book, schedule, and confirm appointments for licensed producers

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: notes, dispositions, follow-up tasks, tags, and next steps

  • Track activity metrics and conversion numbers accurately

  • Run light nurture campaigns via phone, SMS, and email templates

 Performance Outcomes (KPIs)

  • Qualified leads generated per week

  • Producer appointments set per week

  • Policies closed per month attributed to your leads

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or SDR experience

  • Clear, professional spoken English suitable for phone-based communication with U.S. prospects

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred

  • Strong discipline and consistency in following scripts, processes, and pipelines

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)

  • Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple tools and communication platforms

  • Based in the Philippines with a reliable home office setup

  • Excellent communication, persistence, and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in insurance or financial services

  • Appointment-setting background

  • Familiarity with dialing tools, SMS systems, or call center software

  • Ability to meet weekly/monthly performance metrics

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, professional work environment
  • Backup power and internet solutions are a plus (e.g., UPS, mobile hotspot, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $5.00 – $8.00 USD/hour, based on experience and skill level
