Our client is a diversified group of around 400 employees operating in the import and export of pre-owned footwear, refurbishment and manufacturing, recycling of unsellable shoes, and e-commerce sales to the EU.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow their wholesale and B2B sales function in the fashion/footwear industry. The role requires a strong commercial profile with the ability to drive sales, manage regional accounts, and actively support the movement of both fast and slow-moving stock through smart sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead wholesale and B2B sales across regional and international markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and support a small regional sales team (Lebanon & Dubai)
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to move slow/non-moving stock through smart sales tactics
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and reporting using CRM/SAP
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Work closely with internal teams on pricing, stock allocation, and product availability
  • Support expansion into new markets and channels

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience
  • Strong background in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail industry
  • Proven experience in wholesale and B2B sales (mandatory)
  • Experience managing or coordinating small sales teams
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems and SAP is highly preferred
  • Ability to work strategically while being hands-on in execution
  • Strong personality with market intelligence and deal-making capability
