Our client is a Ground Handling Company based in Beirut, offering air transport services on a charter basis and providing commercial ground handling services for airlines at RHIA, is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager at their office in Beirut. 

 Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing efforts. This position ensures that customer interactions are personalized, consistent, and aligned with the brands goals. By leveraging CRM systems and marketing tools, the manager enhances customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value while supporting sales and retention initiatives across the organization.

1.2. Scope of the work instruction:

Plays an important role in enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth through

strategic marketing initiatives. He oversees the implementation and optimization of CRM systems to manage

customer data, segment audiences, and personalize communications. By analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance, he develops targeted marketing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and sales. He works bridges marketing, sales, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and data-driven

approach to customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing and CRM strategies to enhance the companys market presence and customer retention.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airport authorities, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

Oversee branding, advertising, and digital marketing activities for both airport lounges and ground handling operations.

Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and effective utilization.

Design and implement loyalty and customer engagement programs to improve satisfaction and repeat business.

Coordinate with operations, F&B, and service teams to ensure marketing promises align with service delivery.

Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and partnership offers.

Monitor and report on marketing performance, client satisfaction, and CRM analytics to support management decisions.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and airport authority standards in all CRM and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is essential.

Masters degree or MBA can be advantageous, especially for leadership roles or positions in larger organizations.

5- 7 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer engagement roles.
Proven track record in campaign management, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing.

 Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly valued

Communication skills: Strong written and verbal abilities for cross-functional collaboration and customer messaging.

Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms.

Strategic thinking: Ability to align CRM and marketing strategies with business goals.

Ready to travel.
