ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

1. Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Defines and implements the companys marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with business

objectives.

3. Establishes and strengthens brand identity, positioning, and messaging.

4. Develops content and thought leadership initiatives to enhance industry recognition.

Digital & Online Presence

5. Overhauls and manages company websites, ensuring they effectively showcase our brand, offerings,

blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

6. Develops a digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, and social media

7. Implements and oversees marketing analytics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Industry & Customer Engagement

8. Collaborates with internal teams to align messaging and support corporate initiatives.

9. Develops marketing materials (brochures, case studies,etc.) and sales enablement tools (brochures,

pitch decks, etc.) to support business development.

10. Organizes and participates in industry events, conferences, and webinars.

11. Drives PR and communication efforts to build media presence

12. Builds a thought leadership program (webinars, panel discussions, executive interviews, guest articles

in industry media).

13. Develops customer engagement and retention programs to strengthen relationships with key

stakeholders.

Build and lead the marketing function from the ground up

14. Sets up basic marketing processes and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media scheduling

tools).

15. Hires or outsources key capabilities (designers, content writers, PR agencies if needed).

16. Manages relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, and content creators.

17. Manages marketing budgets and ensures cost-effective allocation of resources.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

18. Develops and executes an employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the

telecom infrastructure space.

19. Enhances our careers page, LinkedIn presence, and recruitment materials to attract top talent.

20. Collaborates with HR to create compelling content, including employee stories, culture highlights, and career growth opportunities.

21. Supports talent acquisition efforts through social media, digital campaigns, and participation in industry events. 

Internal Marketing & Employee Engagement

22. Develops internal communication strategies to align employees with company goals, values, and

initiatives.

23. Creates engaging content for internal newsletters, town halls, and leadership updates.

24. Supports cross-functional collaboration by promoting key projects, major transformation programs,

achievements, and milestones.

25. Fosters a strong company culture through storytelling, recognition programs, and internal events.

IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.

Be aware of and complies to i engineerings IMS Policy.

Abides by i engineerings Local Legal and Client Requirements.

Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.

Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

8 to 10 years of experience in the similar field.

Experience with B2B / Telecom / Industrial / Manufacturing / Infrastructure

Large international experience is a must, working with emerging markets is a plus.

Flexibility with the travel, on an as needed basis depending upon the projects being supported.

Strong Organizational and Communication skills.

Proven track record in building marketing functions, developing brand strategies, and executing digital

campaigns, with customers, employees and external talent

Strong expertise in content marketing, digital marketing, and event management.

Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

26. Masters degree in Business or any similar field.

27. Executive MBA is a plus.

28. Ideally, a certified Member of Project Management Professional (PMP).
