About the job Junior Business Operations Manager AH and SDU departments
Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Ensure all information is updated on internal systems accurately and on time.
Collect and consolidate proposals that include AH/SDU pitches along with their associatedbudget sheets. Assist teams in preparing internal presentations and reports to seniorleadership
Monitor marketing/admin spend and work with teams to identify/resolve issues Assist in planning key events, meeting agendas and presentations.
Maintain and regularly track the documents library to ensure all project and proposal filesare organized, updated, and easily accessible.
AH / SDU reporting
Track and manage AH / SDU performance (revenue, billability; receivables; expenses,budgets).
Work closely with digital team to maintain and empower the digital dashboard of KPIs for the departments
Track financial aspects (Expenses of each team member, time sheets) and work closely with finance to validate information.
Aggregate the AH/SDU yearly plan against actuals and backlog and analyse pipeline data and high-probability opportunities to forecast staffing needs and projected revenues.
Track business pipeline, ensure business activity (prospects, proposals, wins/losses) is fed into Salesforce timely and accurately.
People Process Support
Track and manage resource allocation and resource requests of FTE and CFWs into active
AH/SDU projects
Track AH/SDU staff allocation to projects and proposals, including monitoring
timesheets, holidays, and leave balances.
Track and report on Barometer results of the AH and SDU teams
Manage CWF R&Q clearance, onboarding, workorders, assignment tracking, timesheet monitoring, and vendor invoice tracking.
Oversee CWF vendor relationships, including performance tracking and reporting, invoicing, and managing interview scheduling, onboarding and exit procedures.
Maintain and regularly update the database of team and contractor CVs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the HC team to track and manage assets assigned to CWF resources,ensuring accurate records and timely returns.
Business Operations Team
Be an integral part of the team (assume project responsibilities, attend team calls, provide reciprocal vacation coverage).
Closely team with other parts of Decision Making Support i.e. Financial Analysis & Reporting and Pricing.
Team with other support functions e.g. Staffing, Recruiting, HR Admin, Finance, MarkComs and VCS.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Qualifications
University Degree
3-5 years of experience
Fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Arabic (spoken and written)
Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
Power BI). Experience in manipulating data in excel is a must
Experience with Strategy& is a plus
