Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.

We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Executive - Express to join their team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Domestic and Warehousing services.
  • Respond to all enquiries regarding services, by consistently and confidently providing customers with accurate information through calls / emails and over WhatsApp.
  • Follow up on customers activity within the portfolio, through regular reports and calls cycle to sustain customers satisfaction and build partnership relations.
  • Develop existing customers via up-selling and/or cross-selling.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the customer service and related functional process are consistently applied to improve the customer experience.
  • Insert, update, and investigate claims as per the standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist drivers daily to meet clients needs.
  • Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives.
  • Help achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling the company's services and helping the sales team to close clients deals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the customer service field.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Eligibility to work in Dubai.
