Our client is a global distribution company that offers Express Deliveries, eCommerce Solutions, 3PL Warehousing & eCommerce Fulfillment, and Freight & Logistics Services.
We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Executive - Express to join their team in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Domestic and Warehousing services.
- Respond to all enquiries regarding services, by consistently and confidently providing customers with accurate information through calls / emails and over WhatsApp.
- Follow up on customers activity within the portfolio, through regular reports and calls cycle to sustain customers satisfaction and build partnership relations.
- Develop existing customers via up-selling and/or cross-selling.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure the customer service and related functional process are consistently applied to improve the customer experience.
- Insert, update, and investigate claims as per the standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and assist drivers daily to meet clients needs.
- Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of company objectives.
- Help achieve revenue targets through effectively promoting and selling the company's services and helping the sales team to close clients deals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the customer service field.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai.
